Prominent academic leader and researcher in the field of Information Technology in Uzbekistan. Since March 2021, he has served as the Director of the Samarkand Branch of TUIT, after having spent eight years as the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs (2013–2021). Prof. Karshiyev is actively involved in international research, frequently publishing in peer-reviewed journals. He is instrumental in modernizing IT education in Uzbekistan and strengthening the university's ties with the global tech community.
